I. How to Make a Deposit to Fund Your Account

All MetroTurf money transactions are in Philippine currency. There is no strict minimum deposit
amount in order for one to start wagering at Metro FastBet, but it should be a reasonable
amount enough to avoid unnecessary or repetitive deposit transactions in a short period of
time, and to avoid unnecessary inconveniences to the bettor or to MetroTurf Staff. MetroTurf,
will from time to time analyze the Metro FastBet accounts to determine and make corrective
actions on any nuisance registrants or those whose intentions are of using their accounts other
than wagering on MetroTurf and to avoid breaking government laws pertaining to financial
deposits.
There is no maintaining balance required to keep the account active, but needless to say, the
account can be suspended or terminated upon MetroTurfs discretion on grounds of the
account being dormant, inactive, or used in fraudulent activities.

MetroTurf is working to provide the patron with more easy and convenient avenues to make a
deposit to his or her account, specially those far from the racetrack or off-tracks, or those out of
the country. Nevertheless, development of these other payment channels will take some time.
MetroTurf will inform the betting public as soon as any of these channels is made available.
Below are the currently existing options on making a deposit, in order of preference;
A. 7-Eleven Outlets
The patron or an authorized representative can go to any 7-Eleven outlet nationwide and
request to make a Bills Payment to METRO_FASTBET.
After making the deposit, kindly email a photocopy of the deposit or transaction slip to
fbm-accounts@mmtci.com. The deposit will be reflected to the corresponding FastBet
account as soon as possible upon proper verification.

The SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication) codes are useful
for international or bank-to-bank money transfers.
After making the deposit, kindly email a photocopy of the deposit or transaction slip to
fbm-accounts@mmtci.com. The deposit will be reflected to the corresponding FastBet
account as soon as possible upon proper verification.

C. MetroTurf Betting Terminals

Metro FastBet deposits can also be accepted at OTBs/terminals that are directly connected
to MetroTurfs Wagering System. As of the writing of this document, these MetroTurf-
connected terminals are available only at MetroTurfs Mandaluyong Head Office and at the
Malvar racetrack, therefore it is not advisable to avail of this deposit option.

II. How to Make a Withdrawal from Your Account

It is worth noting that withdrawing from a Metro FastBet account does not necessarily mean
claiming your winnings since your account is automatically credited with any amount you bet on
and won.
The minimum amount allowed for withdrawal is P2,500.00 There is no maintaining balance
required to keep the account active, but needless to say, the account can be suspended or
terminated upon MetroTurfs discretion on grounds of the account being dormant, inactive, or
used in fraudulent activities.

Same with deposit options, MetroTurf will inform the betting public as soon as any other
payment channel is made available. Below are the currently existing options on withdrawals;

1. Cashier
The patron or an authorized representative can withdraw from the cashiers at

Steps:
1. Fill-up correctly and sign two (2) copies of the withdrawal slip.
2. Present the withdrawal slip at the cashiers window together with a valid ID of the
withdrawer and/or authorization letter if necessary for verification and authentication.
3. If the withdrawal is verified and approved, wait for turn to be called up to receive the
cash withdrawn.
4. Verify if cash received is correct, sign again the withdrawal slip, ask for your copy and
retrieve submitted ID before leaving the counter.

2. Direct Deposit to Patrons Bank Account, Postal Check, or any other method, which
is possible, convenient and acceptable to both parties.
Send an email to fbm-accounts@mmtci.com with the following;
1. Photocopy of valid ID
2. Metro FastBet Account Number
3. Amount you wish to withdraw
4. Preferred mode of withdrawal;
a. Direct deposit to your bank account provide your Bank Name, Account Name and
Account Number

b. Personal check mailed to you via the post office provide an accurate mailing
address or P.O. box.
c. Others (remittance centers, etc.) case-to-case and if possible, convenient and
acceptable to both parties
Please note that service and/or transaction fees will be charged to the patrons Metro
FastBet account balance. These charges are bank deposit and messengerial fees.
