Leadership Characteristics
What do leaders do? Leaders communicate with the whole group, leaders are suppose to listen to the whole group, so that means leaders have to be really patient, and leaders have to be big risk-takers, and need to have allot of empathy and courage. Dont you think so?

Democratic Democratic/democracy means to fight for freedom or to fight for your rights. There is allot of democracy going on in the government and especially in the politics.

Participative Participative/participate means join in to an event that is going on, If you are somebody in the government or in the politics means you have to participate allot, we also participate in lots of different ways like P.E, swimming, music, strings, Arabic and I.c.t!!!

Autocratic A ruler having unlimited power; a despot, A person with unlimited power or authority, autocratic means: Offensively self-assured or given to exercising usually unwarranted power Situational A critical, problematic, or striking set of situations or A position of employment; a post. A type of situational problem that is mostly confusing to other people, or to pic different types of ways to do things

There are many types of leaders. We will try to teach you a few types of leaders now. One of the greatest leaders of all time is the well known Hitler! Hitler may not of treated his followers well but , he new what he wanted and it was one of the things that could of made the world much more peaceful than it is right now. Many may argue the inclusion of Adolf Hitler in the list of worlds greatest leader. But one must know that nowhere is it mentioned that leadership is always positive. Leadership, as a characteristic .It is people who make it positive of negative. Adolf Hitler was born in 1889 in Germany. He was of the thought that Germany was the greatest country in the world and that it should rule over the world. After becoming the chancellor of Germany in 1933, he single-handedly managed the greatest economic and military expansions the world has ever seen. He successfully invaded more than 10 countries with his brilliant strategy and meticulous planning. His oratory skills, propaganda and planning made him a leader that only a few other have become.

Leadership effects
The leader of the group effects the group allot. It can effect there behavior because the leader isn't making the right dissections then the people that are following them are most likely to make bad choices because they look up to there leader.
