Reflection:
My progress during this semester is: Since I came a while after school started I missed a lot during this invasion games unit. What I did progress and learned was more about invasion games such as Frisbee and the different positions and how to score successfully. I learned how to defend a person and I learned more about my personal strengths in invasion games such as catching but also my weaknesses which are making sure you consistently defend.

My target (s) for the next semester are/is: to improve my overall fitness and learn and expand my knowledge about new techniques and new sports. Since I came later this year I missed out on a lot but I still learned a lot at the same time about invasion games especially Frisbee. My target for the next semester is to push myself more to the limits an make sure I try new sports and learn new techniques to the best ability of mine so I can grow and improve on myself.
