When playing sports a lot of times you dont realize how much effect you can have on a teams result. If lets say, youre playing soccer and you dont get along with other players this might stop you from passing to them while playing a game, this could mean that you will get less chances to score a goal and actually win. This would also worsen the situation between you and your team members; it would also make you a bad player because you are affecting your whole team mates with something you dislike. Its not just also about team sports it can also be about your classmates. When we did the cooper test, whenever there was someone struggling or someone who was about to give up, the whole class made sure to cheer them on and give them the strength and power to keep on going. The football team Alabama Crimson Tides has had struggles with teamwork. Talking about the team in general, they switched out 9 defenders which meant they had to make sure everyone was comfortable working with each other and that they all knew each others weaknesses and strengths. There had to be a whole new game plan and new strategies for the team to be able to function and win. Another example of team work and how a person can affect a teams result, there is a quote from Michael Jordan which is, Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence wins championships. With this quotation he means that, if you have talent you can win a lot of games and achieve a lot of things but you can never win championships if you dont have intelligence and teamwork skills. When looking at how I am responsible for my teams results outside of sports can be in class. If I wasnt organized or if I kept on holding the class back because I was talking that would mean I would make the class not being able to learn all the things we were supposed to and Id limit our knowledge. We always have an effect on others when working in teams even though we dont usually realize it. If everyone always puts in their best effort and have a positive attitude towards things, hopefully the results will always be good. What is the relation between quality of interaction, quantity of input and quality of play? All those points have to do with what makes a good team member. Quality of Interaction means how well you work with others, if you are able to express the way you feel about certain things in an appropriate way and if you are able to help others improve but not insulting them. Its how well you show that you understand things which will help your quantity of input when doing a sport or any other activity that involves teamwork. Its how

much time you spend on working on things, and how much you are willing to do and how well you will do it. Its about always having a positive attitude towards things even though you may not be looking forward to doing it. Quality of play is what improves when you are good at interaction and at your input, since you become more aware of what to do and you understand everything much better. It means that when you play you are a good team member. You offer help to others and you also know how to help them. Excellent players area usually always the one who are strong in these areas and if someone wants to improve the way they play, quality of interaction, quantity of input and quality of play is what a player should always look at, to see if they can improve. A team member is someone who is a part of the team; its being a part of something. A good team member is someone who knows their peers weaknesses and strengths and is able to help. You support everyone no matter what and you make sure that your team is always on top and that everyone knows what is going on. They listen to what others have to say, solve the problems that may occur and really shows commitment to the team. Its someone who you know you can rely on basically all the time when needed. Using your own strengths in the right way to help others become just as good as you, can them being able to do the same to you.

Reflection:
My progress during this semester is: In previous years, P.E. hasnt usually been something that Ive looked forward to or a class where Ive had the best attitude but this year I feel like Ive really engaged myself and pushed myself to every limit. My jogging skills did improve because I was influenced to go jogging after school which I did and I felt like my strengths became much better. I feel like my team work skills have improved much more since we did the soccer in class, where we practiced passing and scoring goals. I feel like overall in general my fitness level has improved a lot and I feel like I have more energy when going to PE. My target (s) for the next semester are/is: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Keep on having a positive attitude towards class. Always put my best effort into everything Im doing, even though I may struggle. Bringing my PE clothes for each class and not forget for the whole year. Start doing more sports after school and practicing towards things if I dont feel ready. Beating all my speeds in the outdoor invasion tests.
