OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE CHECKLIST

CHECK THE FOLLOWING ITEMS DAILY Check button and doors AT LEAST once a day (more often if necessary). Remove debris, if required. Remove condensate. And check air leakage, Mark and report any air leakage. Check load cell reading for packing machine Check all pressure gauges. Ensure proper operation pressures (refer to equipment operation manuals for specific requirements). Check the blower belts for packing unit for any wear and tear. Perform a visual leak inspection. This is a quick inspection a thorough inspection should be accomplished weekly Check the chain for main mixer. Check for abnormal sound from compressor, packing unit, chain hoist and mixing unit. Locate and report for any abnormality. CHECK THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WEEKLY. CHECK-OFF AND INITIAL THE APPROPRIATE BOXES.

WEEK USE THE FIVE BOXES TO THE RIGHT TO ANNOTATE INSPECTION DATES INSPECTOR INITIALS Check mixer main motor for proper oil level. Check air relief and diverter valves to ensure proper operation and closure. Check water separator for debris: empty and clean if necessary. Inspect and clean the packing unit, control panel, main mixer area and compressor. Check the operation of mixing unit (if applicable). Grease chain and nipples for moving parts. Check to ensure there is no leakage in air circuit. Monitor and calibrate load cells if required. CHECK THESE ITEMS USING THE SUGGESTED FREQUENCY BELOW Check the drive belts for proper tension and condition (Semi-Annually). Clean main mixer chain and grease it properly. (Semi-Annually). Inspect mixer moving parts for any buildup, wear and tear for mixer (Monthly).

Inspect mixer gates leaks, corrosion, and buildup (monthly). Check air passage for buildup and proper air passage. (monthly). Check and clean all other machine areas (e.g., plateform, chain hoist, packing unit inside). (Monthly) Check couplings, and gaskits for any leakage and wear tear. (Monthly). Change belts and main mixer motor oil (if applicable) ( Monthly). Lubricate (grease) fittings (per manufacturers recommendation). Clean and inspect air collecting tank (per manufacturers recommendation).
