boratory: Laboratory is the Section where closer lab dip is made on following buyers Supplied Swatch and Send for buyers approval. and make a Standard recipe for future bulk dyeing. Purpose of laboratory. 1. Make a closer lab dip on basis of given swatch and send lab dip for buyers 2. Approved lab and closer recipe submit to dyeing section for bulk dyeing. approval.

Batch section: Batch is very important Section. Distribution of fabric on respecting some condition is known as Batching. Condition are: 1. Dyeing m /c Capacity. 2. Fabric Structure / Design and yarn lot from which grey fabric is made. 1. Consideration of different part of Garment, such a collar cuff. Bottom, Rib, Lycra Rib etc. Batch should be made according to the ratio wise of this fabric with Body fabric . 2. Total amount of fabric in order sheet in same color. Amount of Batch should be low to abide batch to batch shade variation. 3. Fabric diameter, G.S.M, is also consider during a batch making.
