Structure: Community Clubhouse Thesis Statement: Due to lack of public space, a community clubhouse would be appropriate to be built near the residential area of Sampaloc, Manila; since flooding is a major issue and it may serve as a temporary evacuation centre. SWOT Analysis

Strengths -Near the University Belt -Can be a student hangout or a family center -Only clubhouse in the vicinity

Weaknesses -Higher food price -Lack of advertisment -Lifestyle of the residents are different

Oppertunities -Serve quality and authentic food -Have poolside barbecue and activity nights -Host parties and open buffets -Offer delivery services

Threats -Rivality of cheaper carenderias and fastfood.
