This is preliminary highest yoga practice including chakra yoga, dhyan yoga, mantra yoga, pranayama yoga and kriya yoga. 0.1.1. Reaching Root Lotus Palace (muladharam chakram) start victorius exhale (ujayyi pranayama rechaka) rising trough in reverse piercing chakras untill reaching Crown Palace. Again! 1.0.1. This is full practice thus. Yogi is perfectly seated in samadhi of Chakra Pranava Dhyan Kriya. 1.1.0. At first all sorts of colorful light visions appear. Continue in adherence to blissfull luminous White light of Eternal Unborn Omkara sound of pre-creation. 1.1.1. Only downfall come to those that dim themselves in spiritual greatness or those that hold themselves in material insignificance. Continue with rightouss sadhana of Chakra Piercing Omkara. 1.2.0. By daily practice at noon or midnight yogi is perfected in every sense and cleansed of all sins. By practicing daily at dawn, noon, sunset and midnight yogi is in perfect samadhi and cannot be harmed. 1.2.1. Seven Chakras piercied with Sound (mantram) and Vision (dhyan) in inhale and seven chakras pierced with exhale is one round of this practice (kriya). Seven rounds of this practice (kriya) is one complete round. Seven rounds of this complete kriya round is one perfect Chakra Piercing Omkara kriya. 1.2.2. This perfect kriya is made of three hundred forty and three Omkara visions (dhyan). This string (mala) cannot be defeated by enemies, ill will of gods or karmic misfortune.

1.3.0. One is to remember fast and stand witness strong to piercing brilliance and thunderous melodies of pre-creative Sound and Vision. This is Omkara Chakram yoga. 1.3.1.
