Management Trainee

This post is a stepping stone into the Management Cadre. It entails a 1 year rigorous training regimen, in which the candidate is exposed to various aspects of Business like Manufacturing, Accounts, Logistics, Supply Chain, HRD, Finance, Marketing and Sales. The candidate would be assessed periodically and upon successful completion of the training, the candidate would be absorbed into the Sales Team. Remuneration: 3.00 to 3.50 Lakhs / Annum + Travel Allowance Posting: During the training period, the candidate would need to travel to different parts of the country. After the training period, the candidate would be confirmed and posted to a location as deemed fit by the company. Agreement : The candidate would need to sign an agreement of continuance of service at the time of joining.
