Entry Form Contest for Children ages 4-12 only

Please use this form for your final entry. You may practice on another sheet of paper before you color your final design. All entries must be done by child only. Rules and Guidelines *Your bookmark design should be original. Any designs using cartoon characters that are copyrighted, such as Arthur or Disney cartoons will not be considered when judging the winners. *Please use markers, crayons, or pens when drawing your designs. Do not use pencils, stickers, or any other decorations. We need to consider what will show up best when we make copies of the winning bookmark. Themes for the Bookmark Design *Please focus your bookmark theme around something to do with books, reading, and/or libraries. *You may use Rowan Public Librarys tagline:

Entries will be accepted at any library location until 5 p.m. on November 15, 2013. Winners will honored at a special Friends of Rowan Public Library meeting on December 2, 2013 at 6:30 p.m..
