Chicken Tikka chicken pieces cut one chiken into 4 pieces (two leg ,two breast and put

cuts on them ) I used 4 chickens shan chiken tikka masala half packet shan tikka boti masala half packet. shan chat masala 1 tb spoon kuti mirch(chilli crushed)1 tea spoon chilli powder 1 tea spoon haldi(turmeric powder) 1 tea spoon ginger garlic paste 2 tb spoon lemon juice 3,4 tb spoon garam masala 1 tb spoon salt according to taste(shan packet has salt in it so better not to add but u can fry a small piece and taste it) black pepper 1 tea spoon butter 1 tb spoon tenderize powder 1 tb spoon

imli (tamarind) paste 1 tea spoon yougurt 1/2 cup (mix orange color nearly 1 teaspoon in yougurt) vinegar white nearly 1 cup but just dip the chicken in it and than take it out from this vinegar. directions: Dip the chicken pieces into vinegar and leave it for half hour than take the pieces out from the vinegar . now mix all the spices in the yougurt and put that on the chicken than leave it in the fridge for whole night or 3,4 hours atleast then bake it in oven and then bbq or grill . I decided to bbq but that was rainy day so after baking I fry it on the pan but with very little oil .
