A business letter to make a complaint

To Whom It May Concern: I went to China several times with China airlines. However, I took your airplane last week and had a very bad experience. First, the food was cool and the milk was sour. The attendant listened to my concerns, but then did not have a good attitude and thought that I was criticizing her. Also, I wanted a pillow and a blanket a few minutes later, but I did not get them until shortly before landing. I really disliked this experience and therefore write this letter to you. I suggest that you to improve your service and train your employees to be more understanding and professional. Regards Amy Yin
