(ro ide e idence as to why or why not this occurred. )es * belie e * met my ob&ecti es. * had my students do a bunch of different medicine ball acti ities to show them different ways to exercise but also ones that would focus on the muscles that they would be using during the acti ity that we were going to play. +tudents understood what we were doing and were able to gi e me feedbac, telling me how the exercise in the beginning of class went along with the acti ity.

2% -hat went well within the lesson' * though the entire lesson went great. * planned to ha e a little $ on $ tournament with the omni,in six balls but the students were really struggling trying to hit the small balls for some reason so * &ust trashed the tournament part and played . big games up to / and switched teams up after the fi e points were reached e ery time. 0ids did great and really did well with something that they were not familiar with.

* first started by demonstrating e ery rule to the game and then * paired the students up e enly. * made rules that made all students touch the ball e enly and ha e the same amount of touches. 3hey were rules li,e e ery person must hit the ball before someone hits it a second time so ,ids li,e 4oel who mo es a little slower could get there and still get his hits and stay moti ated.

6ade rules so that all ,ids were acti e and had the same amounts of touches. 5xplained all the rules through demonstration and demonstrated what not to do so people don7t get hurt. As we did our warm up * told them what muscles they were using and then at the end of the lesson as,ed them if they saw why we did them acti ities in the beginning of class

/% -hat was one specific thing you learned from this lesson that will be changed for the next lesson' 1ow will you ,now that the change will be successful' 8e specific. 3here7s not one specific thing that * would change. * saw in that lesson that when * tried to ha e the students practice the game and rules in smaller teams and using the smaller omni,in balls it was not going as planned so * quic,ly ran and grabbed the bigger ball and it really made the class change into a more upbeat and up tempo en ironment. 0ids really started to understand the game and they had a blast.
