GENESIS CONSTITUTION

1. NAME o The name of this community shall be the Genesis Utopian Community, hereafter referred to as Genesis 2. AIMS The aims of Genesis shall be: o To improve the area known as Genesis for the benefit of the inhabitants of the area o To encourage the goodwill and involvement of the wider community o To form a separate sovereign community away from a corrupt government o To create an atmosphere where everyone is happy, a place where diversity meets unity o To rid people of the struggle, stress, and pressure of modern day life 3. POWERS The High Council may exercise the power to: o Provide wisdom to the citizens of the community o Promote the health and wellbeing of the residents of the area and to work together as residents despite age, sex, ethnicity, ability, religion or political view
o Promote environmental improvement and conservation by educating, encouraging and assisting

the local population in environmental practice o Publicize and promote the work of the Group and organize meetings, training courses, events or seminars o Take any form of action that is lawful, which is necessary to achieve the aims of Genesis 4. HUMAN RIGHTS o Every man has the right to live o Every man has the right to liberty and freedom o Every man has the right to the pursuit of happiness o Every man has the right to live their life free from discrimination

o Every man has the right to freely exercise their religion without fear of being prosecuted o Every man has the right to be free from slavery o Every man has the right to free speech o Every man has the freedom of thought 5. MEMBERSHIP o Membership shall be open to anyone who has an interest in achieving the aims of Genesis and is willing to abide by the rules of Genesis o Where it is considered membership would further the aims and activities of Genesis, the Management Committee shall have the power to refuse membership, or may terminate or suspend the membership of any member o Any member of the association may resign his/her membership by providing the Human Rights Advocate with written notice 6. HIGH COUNCIL o Genesis shall be administered by the High Council of no less than three people and no more than eleven o Members shall be nominated by the community and then go through a three stage process 7. OFFICERS o The High Council shall have a committee consisting of at least: Human Rights Advocate Political Scientist Economist and any additional officers the High Council deems necessary 8. MEETINGS o The committee shall meet at least three times a year o Meetings shall enable the High Council to discuss actions and monitor progress to date, and to consider future developments

o All members shall be given at least fourteen days notice of when a meeting is due to take place, unless it is an emergency 9. FINANCE o Any money acquired by the High Council, including donations and contributions shall be held and used by the High Council in the name of Genesis o All funds must be applied to the aims of Genesis and for no other purpose 10. ALTERNATION OF THE CONSTITUTION o Any changes to the constitution will not be permitted
