3 15

Name
RTS stands for Real Time Scalping.

The number 3 indicates the three minutes time frame but 15 relates to the fifteen minutes chart. Traders should use these two time frames. The fifteen minutes time is for prior verification and the three minutes time for signals and entry points. Purpose To scalp and to take quick and fast profit consistently at low risk entry points. Twenty to fifteen pips or thirty. Sometimes more but one must secure the first twenty pips before a winning trade becomes a loser. It is for riding short term trends and to avoid wrong timing. The key word is short term trend.

Background The RTS 315 is the first trading system created and used by Georgetrio, founder of www.stochastic-macd.com and www.youtube.com/georgetrio. It is not a perfectly built system but its careful use can assist new traders. It is a gift to all members of www.stochastic-macd.com. As a new trader, I delight in trading mainly the EURUSD, Dow Jones and the FTSE 100. Like all new traders, I was cutting corners. Never check the economic news and did not understand how to apply the trading triangle or the market stable data. However, I have noticed that the fast MACD (8,34,9) is an excellent tool that highlights short term trends. Equally the slow stochastic (6,3,3) was pinpointing various support and resistance levels. These were my observations. Nothing more. Traders should test rigorously this simple tool in view to perfect it.

OUR GOAL

To assist ordinary traders. It does mean to trade for them or to help them but to guide them until they too can understand this messy market. As I always say, no trading system will ever replace a trader. The most important trading tool is the trader. It may take time, patience and perseverance but those who truly want to trade like a pro will slowly but surely get there. Always use the five per cent money management rules, start with a demo account and go steadily.

New T raders New traders should endeavour to master both bullish and bearish signal 2.

More Experienced T raders Experienced traders should use trend lines instead of MACD. They should focus on the price, the number indicator; draw all support and resistance lines. One can use channels to determine both bullish and bearish momentum.

Other issues The higher time frames command lower time frames. This is not a perfect trading system. It is my first trading system when I was a new trader and I present it here just as I was using it before. You may notice other signals or better the system for your own use. I leave it to you.

Prior verification
The prior verification is useful when one is taking typical bullish or bearish signals.

For typical bullish signal it is vital that the price is above SMA 20 on the 15 minutes chart. On the other hand, when the price is below SMA 20 on the fifteen minutes chart, typical bearish signals offer low risk trades. The prior verification is for risk

control. As always one should take a bullish signal at a valid support level and bearish signal at a valid resistance zone. Traders should apply the definition of uptrend and downtrend to filter out false signals. The first target for all bullish trades is the first and nearest resistance level. On the other hand, a bearish first target is the first and nearest support level.
