Victorious Christian Living

Excerpts of a message preached at MTCLC by Pastor Freeman.

Summer 2013
A single kernel can yield dozens, even hundreds of seeds. Spiritually - 3 Basic Laws of Sowing & Reaping The Law of Sowing and Reaping also works in the spiritual realm. This law has no respect of persons and will work for an individual either positively or negatively. If this law is misused - it will work against us and cause untold suffering in our lives. Lives lived for self and sin will cause and bring forth a disastrous harvest. But, if this law is understood and used properly, it can be used to change circumstances and bring untold blessings into our lives beyond anything that we can imagine. Law 1 ~ The art to mastering life involves the type of seeds we plant. Every one (on a daily basis) is in the sowing business and constantly sowing whether we realize it or not. Our BEHAVIOR, our ACTIONS, our WORDS are Seeds. As we treat others, so will we be treated. Therefore, we must not be so hard on others by being quick to jump on their failures, faults, and quickly judging, condemning, and being unforgiving. To find life a lot easier, we must strive to be like Jesus. We must sow seeds of kindness by being considerate, compassionate, forgiving, and loving at ALL times. The Law of Sowing and Reaping will see to it that we reap or get back all of the things that we sow or plant, with bonus. We cant get around this God-given law. Law 2 ~ Reaping results will eventually come. Many sow seeds of sinful behavior because there are times when there are no immediate consequences. Therefore, they mistakenly believe there will never be a harvest. Harvest time will come. In due season means: quickly; or a little later in this life, or after death. Our Heavenly Father always keeps His promises. (continued)

How To Be Blessed In Every Area Of Your Life

Galatians 6:7-9 says, Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. And let us not be weary in well doing: for in Due Season we shall reap, if we faint not.

Pray On! Worshippers crying out in Prayer to God!

This universal law of Sowing and Reaping works the same way regardless to what part of the world an individual is in. Agriculturally - 3 Basic Laws of Sowing & Reaping Law 1 ~ The seed determine the type of harvest. God has set boundaries upon this law which will NOT allow you to reap something different than what you sow. If you sow a corn seed, you reap corn. If you sow an apple seed, you reap an apple tree and get apples. If you sow squash, you will never walk out one day and find an orange. A watermelon vine has never been known to make the mistake of putting a pumpkin on the end of the vine. What we sow determines what we are going to reap. We cannot sow one thing and reap another.

Law 2 ~ There is a waiting period between when you sow and when you reap. James 5:7 talks about, The farmers who wait patiently for ... their valuable crops to grow. First the bud, then the flower, and then the fruit. This takes time. Law 3 ~ You reap more than what you sow. The harvest of one seed is always many times greater than the seed.

PANTRY At More Than Conquerors Life Center our motto is to Show the Love of God, the Life of Jesus Christ, and Power of the Holy Spirit. One of the ways we do this is through our Food Pantry which is used to help Fight Hunger and Feed Hungry Families in this area. The Scripture says, I was HUNGRY and ye fed Me. To God be the glory for helping us last month to sign up over 200 families and feed over 500 individuals. While supplies last, each week we share all that we have to help make a difference in the lives of those in need. We open our food distribution to the public every Wednesday from 4:30 pm 6:30 pm at our Worship Center location at Riviera Beach Preparatory Achievement Academy 7071 Garden Road, Riviera Beach, FL 33404.
