Procedure for payment: 1. Proceed to your respective college (Office of the Dean/Associate Dean) and present confirmation receipt and final permit (previous sem/term) to claim your Certificate of Registration (COR). For 1st & last transaction: Follow the scheduled COR distribution dates. 2. After receiving the COR, proceed to Cashier (Counter 14-16 or any accredited payment center). If payment made at the bank: - Please submit your deposit slip and COR at Counter 13-B for confirmation of your payment and enrollment - Make sure that the ID number indicated in the deposit slip is correct - Your payment shall only be credited to your account upon submission of your deposit slip. Failure to do so may affect the status of your enrollment. Students who failed to pay their tuition and other fees on such scheduled date are advised to pay thru the school accredited banks and SM payment centers. - The Treasury Office no longer accommodate promissory notes for past due accounts as the cashier is now accepting payments thru VISA and Master cards. - Rebate of 4% on Tution Fee for fully paid accounts. - Surcharge of 3%, 6% or 9% for past due accounts. - Please see Guidelines on the Application of Tuition Fee Rebate and Surcharge Fees for details. 3.
