Why are leaders important and what do they do?

Leaders are people who lead a group to goals and respect the fact that his/her group members are different.Leaders are there to care and guide group members.Leaders are not supposed to laze around.They should take things seriously.

How a good leader behaves

It is important for a leader to have new ideas because you will, not have be sitting in a boring classroom and doing the same thing like,teachers always teach something different and exciting,(only sometimes)!.Leaders should treat others respectfully because if they don't respect others, then their followers wont respect him and then that would make you a bad leader thats not honest or caring and that would make your community bad. What do I mean by taking a stand?leaders should take a stand because if he/she dont it will go cRaZy. Because everyone will be screaming and shouting and nobody will agree on an idea and it will be a big mess!

What the different types of leaders are

Autocratic- Autocratic leaders are leaders who stick to their own ideas and are generally supposed to be smart. Delegative- Delegative leaders are leaders who do not push themselves to a goal and do not take things seriously. Participative- Participative leaders are leaders who are active,care about the group and are confident.(Democratic) many of these styles are used in our daily leaders such as our teachers, parents, student council,principal and mr.Mc.Bride and Mr.Hart and Ms.Brazil.

The effect of a leader!

-If you are a teacher and you do not teach your students anything if they become teachers they will not teach their students anything and it repeats.
-you are a leader to the grade 3s and we are leaders to you guys because you follow in our foot steps and look up to us.
