teachers constantly complain about their responsibilities and obligations in a classroom. Having this kind of attitude will only provide discouragement towards your career, and disappointment about going to work every day. Many times, teachers who have this attitude dont allow themselves to gain a positive relationship with their students and provide positive reinforcement in a classroom setting. Teachers who are negative towards their career will not provide a caring attitude towards their students, causing many of their students to not look up to them, and eventually not care as much towards their grades and homework obligations. Making excuses in a classroom initiates a teacher not taking responsibility for their actions and not modifying their work for the benefit of a student. Obtaining a positive and happy attitude in and out of a classroom setting will allow you to be motivated towards work every day and feel enlightened to help a student. Teachers who own up to their mistakes and arent scared to teach something a different way are the ones that care. Many times, those teachers have an ability to get a subject across much more efficiently than someone who doesnt care, and provide a better understand of a topic. Also, students automatically have an obligation to impress their teachers that make them feel important and valuable. A teacher that doesnt provide these thoughts will only discourage the student, and start decreasing the amount of effort that is consumed in a classroom.

Imig 2 For example, my field site teacher, Mrs. Todd is one to always be happy and efficient in her classroom. She finds happiness in helping students and talking to them about their struggles at school. She always finds new ways to help teach a student something they might not understand and help them find motivation through the tough time. I always notice how she asks students how their weekend was before class starts, or some type of topic to let them know that she cares about them individually. Having a teacher that is happy about their job will allow student to find excitement about going to that class, and encouragement towards understanding a subject and getting the work completed.
