Opportunities To Be Involved In Physical Activities And The Qualities Required


The obvious way to be involved in physical activity is through performance. However, there are a number of other roles in physical activity. Do you have the qualities and characteristics to become: Role Qualities A performer? Fitness, motivation, ability, determination. A teacher/leader? Ability to analyse performance, communicator. Official? Fair, fit, calm, knowledge of rules, confidence. Volunteer? Committed, helpful.

The sports participation pyramid is a model of sports development . It identifies the different groups of performers at each level giving them a clear pathway to the top. The sports participation pyramid is about the numbers of people participating in sport.
