Uncover the different opportunities for taking part in certain physical activities. Describe the range of roles to become/remain involved in physical activity.
Explain the sports participation pyramid (including the foundation, participation, performance and elite stages).

Task: Draw a pyramid and see if you can label each stage according to the sports participation pyramid. Once you've done this try explaining each stage. Where do you think you are on the pyramid?
