A positive work culture has been created through employee engagement. The quality of work has been improved through job engagement. Innovation level has been increased through employee engagement. Job engagement has reduced employee turnover, absenteeism. Job engagement helps in the evaluation of organization performance. Cooperation and commitment level is also affected by job engagement.

    REWARD PROGRAMMS:

Long term incentives & bonus programs are used to engage employees. 11.A competitive environment has been created through reward programs. 12. Pay packages are used to attract employees with experience. 13. Employees are retained within the organization through rewards. 14. Employees supervisors are involved in designing of pay packages.

Assessment of employees is also conducted by the manager. 24. Coaching from managers & supervisors is also given to employee 25. The organizational goals and objectives are achieved consistently 26. The sense of responsibility and respect is created among employees through leadership.
