The report that was faxed to Strategic Information and

'Operation* Center S4QC on September 11, 2001, and can be
identified by file number 01-06-5273 found in the upper left hand
comer, was generated by American Airlines Corporate office. The
report was faxed to the FAA who then faxed it to SIOC. This report
lists passengers on flight number 77 with an Arabic name. The
Individuals on the report were not interviewed. There was no
incident at the airport.

The name of a\s on the report as the

person who submitted the raportJ ~ 1 appears to be an
