Thailand, China to keep as role model for electricity production and distribution In 1990 period, China, Indonesia, Philipine were short of electricity (same as present Myanmar). These countries use IPP Independent Power Producer by western investment. Need to study and learn. Learn from Philippine which is now 1 unit 30 cents and very expensive. Indonesia government to subsidise the fuel oil & gas to prevent the price high. China, Vietnam how they control the electricity price? China, Vietnam privatizing to state own power industries is a role model. (System - IPP Law) It is very good system but leakage will be exist. Therefore, government personels are critical. World poorest and most corrupted country Myanmar, need electricity ministry official family, should not involve in business. Provide them their basic needs. Draft a bill of electricity committee like an engineering bill, to include government staffs, public, social people, intellectuals, econommic acadmic and businessmen ..etc.
