How much is Too Much? To complete our series on vitamins I just wanted to conclude that as much as vitamin deficiencies are bad, so can be too much vitamins. Too much of vitamins can be toxic, so vitamins need to be treated like medicine for your children, not candy. There have been cases where kids have gotten their hands on the jar of chewable vitamins and accidentally overdosed themselves, so be sure to keep vitamin supplements out of childrens reach! elow is a chart of the recommended servings of vitamins through food sources.
