Knowing your cell will be a final project, and the students will have time throughout the semester to complete it. Each student will be given an organelle from the plant and/or animal cell. They will have to creatively design a model of their assigned organelle. Along with their model, students will submit a one page, descriptive paper. The paper will include the purpose, actions, and any historical facts about their organelle. Finally, the student will present their model and findings to their fellow classmates.
