which is analyzed to formulate findings that will be helpful to support the matter. The researcher deepened the understanding to the topic issue and concluded that methodology and how it uses affects the whole project. Methods or the methodology itself supposed to help managers to plan, set standards, realize situation, and carry out proper decision and to create back up plan to support the project under unexpected circumstances. Thus, the method is use to give a better structured framework for managing the flow of the project. However, proponent also seeks of what may be the causes or how the methodology is being used poorly and sum up two basic reasons (which is also discussed in the previous chapter). First, it may be because people in the team is/are not aware of what is their methodology and last is project manager and/or members didnt follow or missed to follow the standard procedures/me thods of the methodology. These reasons may actually cause problems to the team such as the probability of not meeting deadlines, re-doing of work, missed needed requirements and bring unsatisfied client because the finished product is output a low-quality. Nevertheless, every member of the team should be responsible to do the activities given by set of standard process of the methodology because at the final delivery it can be the key to the projects success.
