Please read two or three of your peerss cover letters. Give the most specific advice that you can with regard to these questions:

1. Does the letter explain specifically how the team edited their iFixit guide? 2. Does the team limit its reflections to 2-3 major revision patterns? 3. Does the letter use specific evidence from the iFixit guide to support its claims about how the team improved the guide? Heres an example of specific evidence: The original guide used helper verbs throughout. For example, we changed Get the red wire . . . in step 2 to Position the red wire. . . 4. Were you doubtful about or unpersuaded by any of the letters claims? 5. Were you confused by any of the letters examples? 6. Is the letter organized in a readerfriendly way, or could you suggest some ways to improve the organization (topic sentences, transitions, P order, thesis)? 7. Does the letter attend to its audience and purpose? (style, focus)

8. Does the cover letter use letter formatting? Whats one thing this letter does successfully? YES NO

What two things should this team revise in this letter?

Need to work on formatting (address, etc) Paragraph 2 talks about the examples, but need to be more specific, as in giving an example of step 2 and step 6. What did you guys do to change/edit it?
