Introduction
Evolution is known as the process by which different kinds of living organisms are thought to have developed and diversified from earlier forms during the history of the earth. Some people oppose the idea of evolution for a number of reasons, mainly due to religious beliefs. One main controversy regarding evolution is teaching the subject in schools. Most scientists argue that Biology cannot be taught without using the concept of evolution because it answers how different things have become what they are today. Do you have any questions or opinions regarding evolution?

The Task
The overall goal of this assignment is to have your personal insight on the theory of evolution articulated. Some have questions regarding the importance of evolution, the way it works, or even where it came from. These questions will be answered through research and your classmates.

The Process
1. In a group of 2-3, you are going to create a list of questions you have regarding the theory of evolution. Your first few questions should come from the basics of evolution. The next few should be from what you already know. 2. As a group, you are going to find the answers to these questions by conducting research and using the knowledge you have already acquired. Here you will decide whether or not you believe evolution should be taught in modern Biology. 3. Once you are done, you will pass your questions to another group and they will try to find the answers themselves. 4. As a class we will decide which group came up with the best questions to fully understand the concept of evolution. 5. We will then have an open discussion on the idea of evolution being inside of Biology classrooms. REMEMBER, everyone has the right to their own opinion. While coming up with your questions, there should be a Writer: Keep track of all ideas and assemble the final list of questions. Researcher: Find the answers to your questions.
