Situation/Problem/Opportunity: Government health services still not that swift. Requesting Health services, as an illustration, still is a long course and a long wait. If LGUs cant still get to the bottom of these problems, they will not only killing time and money; they will also make vulnerable their overall efficiency and citizens health. In order to solve those issues we propose our system which is Health Care Facility System which will help to improve and get ease to those problems. PurposeStatement(Goals): Health Care Facility System, our goal is to provide Public Health officials with the tools that enhance their ability to safeguard the health of the communities they serve. That they can easily monitor all the possible requirements to provide more efficient health services. Objectives/Deliverables(ifknown): Health Care Facility System will surveillance and analyze health-related data in real time using a software-as-a-service approach. When the systems discover a potential health treat, an immediate notification is sent to the Public Health Officials. To easily monitor all the possible requirements to provide more efficient health services. To provide a better insight of its LGUs Health activities and performance.

Address quantitative and tangible business benefits in terms of what will be improved, what problems will be reduced or what benefit will this be to the organization.
