Data from Fluency Intervention (Brittany and Katherine)
Fluency: The assessment we administered was the multidimensional fluency assessment. Initial Scoring: -Expression and Volume-2 out of 4 -Phrasing-1 out of 4 -Smoothness-1 out of 4 -Pace-2 out of 4 -Overall Score- 6 out of 16 Throughout the semester we worked with her on Choral Reading and Reader's Theaters (If You Give a Mouse a Cookie and D.W. Goes to the Library reader's theater). We also played fluency file folder games. Final Assessment Scoring: -Expression and Volume-2 out of 4 -Phrasing-2 out of 4 -Smoothness-1 out of 4 -Pace-2 out of 4 -Overall Score- 7 out of 16 We saw very little improvement in fluency over the semester.
