• Participated in the Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts of America from ages 5-18, developing
backpacking, leadership, and moral skills.
• Organized and fundraised for Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Walk Team for 9 years,
raising about $15,000 for diabetes research.
