e used for the proposed !uilding sho"n in the plans and detail dra"ings# The plans$ detail dra"ings and these Specifications shall !e considered as complementing each other$ so that "hat is mentioned$ or sho"n in one$ although not mentioned or sho"n in the other$ shall !e considered as appearing on !oth# In case of conflict !et"een the t"o$ the same should !e referred to the designing Architect%Engineer for resolution# &ENERA' CON(ITIONS All parts of the construction shall !e finished "ith first class "or manship$ to the fullest talent and meaning of the plans and these Specifications$ and to the entire satisfaction of the Architect%Engineer and the O"ner# The construction shall conform to all the re)uirements of the National *uilding Code$ as "ell as the local rules and regulations of the +unicipalit,%cit, of Pamplona 'as Pi-as$ Philippines# C'EARIN& T.E SITE The !uilding site shall !e leveled according to the plans and cleared of ru!!ish$ roots and other perisha!le and o!/ectiona!le matters to a suita!le su!grade# All such unsuita!le materials shall !e removed form the !uilding site and spread uniforml, over the areas ad/acent to the proposed !uilding$ or other "ise disposed of as ma, !e directed !, the Architect or Engineer in charge of the construction
