Courses will be conducted twice per week for 1.5 hours focusing on one module per week. Upon completion of all six modules a 100 question exam will be administered to participation to measure training effectiveness and individual preparation for certification exam.

This class provides HR professionals the knowledge surrounding the role of HR in the organization, HR information systems, ethical issues affecting the organization, strategic planning process and HR legislation. Total Rewards
This course will provide learners the knowledge and understanding of the total rewards role within the human resource function. Performance-Based Objectives Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
Understand compensation structure and systems Understand deferred benefits plans How to develop and administer competitive pay structures Understand direct and indirect compensation Comprehend benefit programs Have a general understanding of International compensation and benefits.
Risk Management
Learn how to understand the role of Risk Management within the HR function. Performance-Based Objectives Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to: Understand organizational Risk Identify health and safety risks HR Professionals seeking to obtain PHR or SPHR Certification 3.0
