Present: Celia Cisneros, President Susie White, Vice President Gayle Klein, Secretary Sandra Robinson, Director Victoria Galvan, Property Manager Absent: Ellen Marchand, Treasurer Daniel Cambon, Director

Meeting Open to Unit Owners (sign-in sheet attached). Call to Order: Cisneros calls the meeting to Order at 6:36 p.m. Robinson verifies a quorum is present. Announcements by Cisneros: The next Open Board Meeting will be on October 17,2013 at 6:30 p.m. Closed session will follow, regarding personal, legal and Privacy Act issues. Parking leases will be mailed out as soon as we get everyone's lease info. Minutes: Minutes for the August 21,2013 Open Meeting are read by Klein. A Motion is made by White to approve the Minutes with corrections. Motion is seconded by Robinson, and unanimously approved. President's Report (attached) Cisneros gives a Report regarding ongoing maintenance, construction, property insurance, parking leases and other issues. (attached) Victoria is working with Raul regarding the balcony railings. Discuss using bars with cedar instead of metal. Cost would be approximately $450.00 per unit for cedar railings ($19,800.00 total). Walter and Fritz continue cleaning foyers, cleaning gutters, and trimming trees.
