26 Then

God said, Let us make human beings in our image, to be like us. They will reign over the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, the livestock, all the wild animals on the earth, and the small animals that scurry along the ground. 27 So God created human beings in his own image. In the image of God he created them; male and female he created them. 28 Then God blessed them and said, Be fruitful and multiply. Fill the earth and govern it. Reign over the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, and all the animals that scurry along the ground. 29 Then God said, Look! I have given you every seed-bearing plant throughout the earth and all the fruit trees for your food. 30 And I have given every green plant as food for all the wild animals, the birds in the sky, and the small animals that scurry along the groundeverything that has life. 1. Do I Look like Him? (v. 26)

God designed people as triune beings: (1 Thes 5:23) - spirit - body - soul
Man was created perfect in every way.

2. Born to rule (v. 26)

Rule over all creation (we are to take care of this world)
Not rule over other men equal honor

Fill the earth with Gods glory (Habakkuk 2:14) (wherever we are and go we represent God.

3. Live out Gods purpose (v. 28)

God blessed man
Reproduction filling the earth God has a purpose for your life, like Adam and Eve.

In vergelijking met Gods creatie, wij zijn het meest gecomplexeerd (Ps. 139) Hoe lijken we op Hem? - Reageren op God - Heeft u een persoonlijke relatie met God - Demonstreren en Reflecteren van Gods karaktertrekken;met inbegrip van zijn liefde, glorie (pracht, schoonheid, creativiteit) en heiligheid? - Morele en geestelijke zuiverheid? - Heelheid en scheiding van het kwaad God ontworp mens als drie-enige wezens (1 Thessalonicenzen 5:23); - Geest - Body - Soul De mens werd perfect geschapen.

2. Geboren om te heersen (v. 26)

Heersen over Gods schepping (we moeten voor de aarde zorgen) Niet heersen over andere mannen; gelijk eer Vul de aarde met Gods heerlijkheid (Habakuk 2:14)? (Gods vertegenwoordiging is met ons waar we zijn en gaan)

3. Het doel van God uitleven(v. 28)

God zegende de mens
Voortplanting - het vullen van de aarde God heeft een doel voor je leven, zoals Hij een doel had voor Adam en Eva.
