I think that a woman CEO might inspire women and men in the workforce because people who are struggling to make a good life could look up to her and say, "Hey that could be me if I worked hard!" And since she's the first woman CEO of a motor company that might set a chain reaction which would cause more women employees, so people would think they actually have a chance to get up the ranks. I think GM made a very good decision by nominating a woman for CEO because now like in the first part of my paragraph, people will work harder if they're inspired, and GM could get more work done, and that means more MONEY!
