(A) Action Plan 1: Goal: Needs and importance of Professional Development (PD), Conceptualization of vision of change.

(B) Action Plan II: (from February to May2014 at DIET and School level activities) 1. School wide Goal: All the sample schools will be close observation by two DIET faculty foe each school, Co-teaching will be conducted in the classes with the help of teacher of the school in one CRC of the block. Teaching learning process will be observation with the help of classroom observation scheduled by the facilitator accordingly. 2. Short-term academic Objective(s): The teaching skills, Knowledge and professionalism performance standard will be performed by the educators and teachers under the domain of Instruction, Planning Environment and professionalism Rubrics as per performance indicators of learning in Social Science-VII. Gradually process of classroom interaction and learning standard will be increased to each student. 3. Barrier(s): School environment of other classes and attitudes of other teachers who does not understand the importance of professional development of teacher and not accountable to students achievement will stand as barriers first time i.e. February month ,2014 but gradually they will support the teachers for professional development and students performance in the school from March-2014 onward. 4. Program Objective(S): All teacher will follow the Standards and Objectives of the state content standard are explicitly communicated as per Rubrics in the domain and other performance indicators. Objectives are consistently connected to know from life experiences and integrated with other disciplines. Expectation for students performance are clear, demanding and high .State standards are displayed and referenced throughout the lesson. Motivating students, presenting instructional content, lesson structure and pacing, and materials, questioning, grouping student, teacher content knowledge, teacher knowledge of student, thinking, problem solving, under instructional strategy. As a part of planning teacher will prepare his own instructional plans for students work assessment, expectations, managing student behavior, environment and respectful culture. The performance standards will

increase by growing and developing professionally, reflecting on teaching community involvement and school responsibilities as a whole. There is evidence that most students demonstrate mastery of the objectives in learning (Grade VII Social Science.) Resources(People, Time and Timeline Budget(Rs.) Materials) Additional reference books, learning materials, activities etc. to all the sample Middle Schools and teachers in grade VII Social Science class only. DIET lecturer, teachers and facilitator will be responsible attachment in the Middle schools and working in a collaborative practicing for improvement of professional development of teacher educators and teachers in the school from February to May-2014. February to June 2014 for all the school and teachers teaching in Social Science. @Rs.10,000/=for 12 sample schools for 5 month continuous school level support Including the cost of material and other expenses during the project period. All the educators and facilitator will regularly supporting each other for collaborative learning for their own professional development and student achievement in the allotted Middle School.
