PRE-ASSESMENT From the very beginning that I have thought Thomas, he has been a very good kid. He can say what he had in mind but he couldnt answer some tougher questions since it was still hard for him back then. He was a video fanatic of Mr. ean and ernard ear. He can summari!e books well and videos without missing any "oints of them. He could even summari!e movie and give his reviews about them. ut there was a big "roblem with his grammar constructions. There were lots of grammar la"ses whenever he was verbali!ing his thoughts in the class. His listening skill is very good. He then at times s"oke with a #orean accent. STUDENTS ADVANCEMENT (WITH IN THE WHOLE COURSE OF THE STUDENT) $fter a long time of studying online, Thomas has a lot of im"rovements. He is now aware of some of the basic grammar rules. He uses the correct tenses already though he still at times forgets them but when he is corrected he reali!es and tries not to commit the same mistake again. He is still quite confused with the different "arts of s"eech. He always acce"ts corrections "ositively and re"eats them whenever I ask him to do so. His listening skill is so good. He even can answer some difficult question. For his level I think he could be considered as an intermediate level of learner already since his ideas and understanding of to"ics and events are far more than of a High beginner already. He can write and verbali!e better summaries these days. %ometimes he says things that sur"rise me or I never thought that he would come to think of. He even raises questions freely and he even sometimes asks out his curiosity on something.
