RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. SAVING THE DATE To save and reserve rental items for your event a non-refundable 50% down payment is required. 2. PAYMENT We accept CASH and BANK DEPOSIT payments. We also accept payments via money transfer establishments (i.e. LBC and WESTERN UNION). CASH down payments shall be made 14 days up to 4 days prior to the date of event. We accept CHECK payments 14 days before the event. FULL PAYMENT is due on the date of event upon delivery of items. 3. CANCELLATION AND POSTPONEMENT OF RENTAL IN CASE OF CANCELLATION, Click Party Needs must be notified either by calls, text or email. If the cancellation occurs 4 days or less prior to the event, 50% of the full rental fee is forfeited. DECREASE IN NUMBER of items rented will be accepted up to 3 days prior to the event, with a maximum decrease of 20% from the final numbers of rental amount. Any increase will be subjected to availability. IN THE EVENT OF POSTPONEMENT, the down payment, minus any non-transferable out-of-pocket expenditure incurred at the time notice of postponement is received shall be applied to the rescheduled event, provided that the event is rescheduled. Notice of cancellation or postponement must be made by calls, text or email. 4. USAGE Rates are quoted for a daily single use rental only. If you require longer rental please contact us for extended rate. NO REFUND FOR UNUSED ITEMS. 5. DELIVERIES, SET-UP/TAKE DOWN AND PULL OUT OF RENTED ITEMS Deliver and pick up charge does not include set-up/take down of rentals. There will be an additional charge for set-up/take down of rented items. For items that require to be taken up by stairs there will be additional charges, 50 per floor 50 per person. Rentals are to be returned within 1 day after the event, or Monday for weekend events. Late charge of 20% of the rented items will be added for each day late. Additional charges will apply if the Client has requested to deliver/pick-up the rented items before or after our office hour. When returning the items, we request that the client wait for us to finish counting the items. This is to make sure that the amount of items returned equals the same amount of items rented out. 6. BROKEN, LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS Items that are broken, lost or damaged (i.e. stains, burns, holes, rips and tears, candle wax, grease or deep staining) will be charged. Responsibility for rented items remains with the Client from the time of delivery to the time of return or pick up. The Client is responsible for returning the rented items in the same condition that they received them in. In the event that the rented items are not returned back to Click Party Needs or returned in a state that Click Party Needs determine no longer usable, each item will be charged. Upon receiving the items, it is your responsibility to inspect them and inform us of any damages prior to the event. Items that are returned damaged are assumed to have been damage-free unless otherwise noted.

7. MISCELLANEOUS FEES Miscellaneous fees (i.e. parking fee, gate fee, toll fee, etc.) will be shouldered by the Client. 8. LIABILITY The Client (lessee) shall indemnify Click Party Needs against and hold Click Party Needs harmless against any and all claims, actions, suits, proceedings, attorneys fees, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities. Including without limitation the manufacturer, selection, delivery, possession, use, injury or return of the rental products. WEATHER CONDITIONS: Click Party Needs is not responsible for acts of God. No refunds are given due to inclement or hazardous weather conditions or unused products. The terms of this policy between client and Click Party Needs remain valid and in effect for all changes (i.e. addition, deletion, or any changes to the order). Note: Payment of deposit constitutes acceptance of Click Party Needs policies and conditions. The Client agrees that the Rental Terms and Conditions constitute the entirety of the agreement between Click Party Needs and the Client.
