Job Description
Sell electrical, electronic, or related products or services to both organizations and walk-in customers. Has a thorough knowledge of the electronics brands available for purchase at the outlet. Recommends equipment to meet customer requirements, considering salable features such as flexibility, cost, capacity, and economy of operation. Negotiates terms of sale and services with walk-in customers and companies Undertakes extensive fieldwork to increase sales to companies within and outside the assigned geographical area.

Job Specification
EXPERIENCE The position is open to fresh graduates
Graduates with 2-3 years of work experience will be preferred, however.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
Candidates must have a minimum qualification of a bachelors degree.

SKILLS REQUIRED
Good communication and negotiation skills, with a knack for convincing people. Must exhibit confidence and a high level of energy. Motivated and ready to take initiative to increase sales. Eager to learn about new trends and products in the electronics market. Must have a pleasant personality in order to attract and retain customers. Fluency in Urdu, with basic knowledge of English. Must be presentable in their appearance and attire.

The current interview process at Pakistan Electronics is ineffective because it is mainly used to approve employee referrals, not to filter and select them based on the core values of the company.
