previous setting. Witness/Complainant claimed that he was unable to attend the setting previously because he went to the hospital to obtain Medical Certificate. Medical Certificate was issued April 8, 2013. The witness was asked if he was now able to understand paragraph 3 of his Affidavit of Complaint. Previously, the Honorable Court asked the witness to seek explanation of what paragraph 3 means because he claims that he was not able to understand it. The Court instructed the witness to go to the person who prepared his Affidavit of Complaint. Witness said that went to Fiscal Ferrer to enlighten him of what paragraph 3 purports. The defense asked if Fiscal Ferrer is the person who prepared the witness Affidavit of Complaint. The witness answered that his Affidavit of Complaint was created in the Police Station right after the incident. The witness said that he went to Fiscal Ferrer to seek help as to what paragraph 3 provides and not to the Police Station. The witness provided details of the incident.
