 Main advantages of Korvet ESP wellhead:
1. swiveling connections at top of adapter allows easy and safe installation of x-tree and
manifold

2. swiveling connections at bottom of adapter allows easy and safe installation of adapter

3. fixation pin protects a cable during installation

4. cable packing systems in tubing hanger allows safe lowering through BOP. Same system
works in adapter. Price of cable packing systems mach less than usual penetrator systems.
Moreover, it saves mach of rig time because no need of connectors preparations or
epoxy work.

5. sliding guide in a tubing hanger allows easy-and-precise installation of hanger

(eliminates shift of eccentric)

6. testing port between two sealing rings allows a quick test of hanger installation

7. BPV installation allows safe BOP (or x-tree) removing

8. test port at adapter allows a quick tests of rubber sealing of adapter and gasket
connections

9. test port at bottom flange allows a quick tests of secondary sealing and gasket
connections

10. hook-up manifold is equipped with check valve which do not freeze because of shutting
device is warmed up by the flow.

11. there are various variants of tubing hangers available – with one or two control lines,
“smart wells” design, etc.
