KPBA Projects acquired as a result of submitting a proposal to a private investor or government 3. Project brought to KPBA by a member with financial or operational interest to the referred project All the three projects have different rules and laws that govern the way decisions are made With reference to all above registered member that have financial contribution to the said project and or have knowledge or connections or entrusted by the investor as its representative should be given access to attend 1. Meeting where major decisions are likely to be made 2. Meeting by KPBA technical advisor team For established businesses and governments. The first condition to do business or receive any payments then the organization must have business registration and they dont definitely channel money to accounts with personal names while working with organizations, am not sure but from what I know is embassies also cant put you under their umbrella unless your registered or the body is a branch of or formed by the embassy.

The income and property of the Association shall be used solely for the promotion of its stated objectives. The members and the office-bearers shall have no rights to the property or other assets of the Association solely be virtue of them being members or officebearers. No portion of the income or property of the Association shall be paid or distributed directly or indirectly to any person (otherwise than in the ordinary course of undertaking any public benefit activity) or to any member of the Association or Management Committee, except as: 1. reasonable compensation for services actually rendered to the Association; 2. reimbursement of actual costs or expenses reasonably incurred on behalf of the Association
