uid=swg21462051 Information Server job aborts after 50 warnings when run via the command line op tion using the dsjob command. Technote (FAQ) Question How do you increase the default Warning level for jobs to abort in the DataStage environment using the GUI or command line dsjob option? Answer A user has the ability to abort a job after an (n) number of warning occurrences in a given job. When running jobs through Data Stage Designer or Director the default Warnin gs box is set to "No Limit". That is all warning in the Director log will be ign ored. If you are required to run with a value to abort after (n) warnings select t he box to abort after 50 warnings option. This value can be increased further if required, select the "Limits Tab" and increase the Warnings value. If the warning value has been increased and the job is then run via the comm and line using the dsjob command. The process will revert back to the default of 50 warnings. To resolve this issue via the command line include the the following syntax as well "-warn nnnn" when issuing the dsjob command. An example of this would be: ./bin/uvsh/dsjob -warn 200 -run <project name> <job name> The above command does not work. But the following does: ./dsjob -run -warn 999999 OWS_PROJ J_Stage_PS_FUN
