Bystander, known as The Professor during his Season Two debut, was a ferocious player that garnered a lot

of respect during his tenure in the league. His debut came alongside long-time friend Malibu as part of Team Skins a late addition to the Season Two rookie roster. The two would lose two official games (against LiveWire and ReMix) in their initial endeavor with a handful of incomplete games due to injury. After taking Season Three off, Bystander came back with a new name, a new attitude, and more muscles to take on any threats in the NBO. Bystander would continue his partnership with Malibu now under the team name of Ch-Ching. Despite going 2-3 on the season, Bystanders greatest achievement came in a loss against ODOR and Lancelot on a dark February night. Bystander had carried Ch-Ching through the entire game virtually playing 2-on-1 on every offensive possession scoring more than eighty percent of the teams points. Bystander carried an injured Malibu through the game and would eventually lose the game due to Malibu collapsing during the last play of the game due to leg cramps. Despite the loss, it was Bystander everyone was talking about after this heroic performance. Bystander would gain more attention as he made the cover of Double Dunk Magazine soon after that game with the cover story of Respect is Earned. Bystander got a multiple-page spread with a write-up on his career plus an interview detailing his career. Alongside his continuing respect from his rugged and tenacious game play, Bystander will also be forever known as the only player to be able to get away with doing a break-away lay-up on the NBOs hoops. Bystander established the lay-up as his trademark and it became a hilarious move that always had the sidelines cracking up with laughter. As Season Four concluded, the league would award Bystander with the Defensive Player of Season award and Most Improved Player award. Bystanders downfall in the league was that his storied teammate would fail to show up for games when Bystander was red hot in the league. Because of this, Bystander was relegated to playing exhibition games that didnt mean much to him or his career. Bystander would then unfortunately take Season Five off due to not finding an official teammate. His last appearance in the league came in Season Six as he went 2-1 in exhibition games before laying low due to an ankle injury suffered in a game against Gamebreakers late in the season. An unrelated knee injury, years later, would prevent Bystander from ever returning to the court.
