Training Evaluation Report

1. Title of the Report: 2. Executive summary: The Trainers Methodology Level I includes the evaluation and comments of the participants to serve as the tool in the improvement of the program. The 5-point rating scale is used to assess the effectiveness of the program and got a rating of 4.20 or Very Satisfactory and it is recommended the continuous use and implementation of this program. 3. Rationale: Encourage to give valuable recommendations to meet the given purpose. comments and Trainers Methodology Level I

4. Objectives: This evaluation instrument aims to gather remarks and comments of the participants related to the conduct of the Trainers Methodology Level I. This will serve as a tool in the improvement and strengthening of the program. 5. Methodology: A 5-point rating scale will be used to assess the effectiveness of the training program. Data will be computed using the mean and t-test to determine its significance. 6. Results and discussion This is the body of the report. It should contain the following parts: Data interpretation: The Program facilities obtain 3.85-Very Good/Very Satisfactory on the Program Design and Organization. Second is the area on Course Content got an average rating of 4.15 or Very Good/Very Satisfactory. Third is the item on Training Methodology got an average rating of 4.20 or Very Good/Very Satisfactory, Next is the item on Program Administration and Management got an average rating of 4.09 or Very Good/ Very Satisfactory. The item on Facilitators (Ms. Connie Arsenas, Mr. Joseph Gallego, and Mr. Michael Ausa got an average rating of 4.69 or Very Good and Mr. Romeo Emem got an average rating of 4.67 of Very Good. Data analysis: Average for the whole evaluation: 4:20 Very Satisfactory

Conclusion : Since the program got a Very Satisfactory rating it is effective in conducting the program. 7. Recommendation: Based on the data interpreted, and analysis, I strongly recommend the continuous use and implementation of this program.
