Kelsch for admission into your school. Over the course of the past four years I have had the chance to know Kaitlin and her family. One of the most impressive traits about Kaitlin is how self-motivated she is. When given a task, she completes it. Kaitlin is not the type that requires hovering, but can be entrusted with responsibility. Also, Kaitlin has a deep-seeded love of learning (which I think comes from her mom). It is an innate desire within her to strive to grow and learn and improve which is apparent in the types of courses she takes and the scores she earns. For example, this last semester Kaitlin took a very rigorous schedule and earned a 4.0. Such is the case it seems every semester with this student. As a high school teacher and administrator, Ive had the sincere opportunity to work with hundreds of young people. I find each to be special and talented in some capacity. Kaitlin is no exception- she is a gifted, motivated, well-educated young woman who will be an excellent addition to your school and programs. She receives my highest recommendation.
