Incorporated. Agrees Articles of Incorporation state that Gary, Heather and Rick all get to have fun! Ricks idea of fun involves helping clients take on daunting projects like the Niagara Tunnel and Lower Mattagami hydro-electric projects (OPG), the construction of Ontarios first Cable-Stayed Bridge (MTO), the restoration of the East and West blocks of Parliament (PW&GSC) and Ontario Data Centre (IO), using innovative delivery approaches and Partnered business relationships. Agrees largest Partnering and facilitation client, Infrastructure Ontario (IO) has mandated Partnering on all of its projects to acclimatize its public sector clients and their new private sector partners with one another. The Alternative Financing & Procurement (AFP) model is being used to deliver hospitals, highways, court house, information technology and other critical infrastructure throughout the province of Ontario and these business relationships are influencing how public works are being created, operated and maintained around the world. Gary, Rick and Heather have also modified Agrees Partnering programme to support joint venture partnerships in the development and operation of mines, joint ventures among a variety of governmental departments and ministries, and improving relationships and problem solving capacity between union and management teams in a variety of applications.
