issue with Desktops & Laptops. Identifying customer needs by way of probing & placing
orders for the required commodities, including accessories for computers, security
suites, Insurance extensions etc. Providing resolution on 1st contact & expertise in setting
customer expectations to ensure the right resolution is delivered without any conflict &
Executive escalations.
