Please consider this with high priority and need immediate resolution as this involves high impact for

the client Issue : incorrect calculation of an SLM service target due date year to 1969 ins tead of 2014 for ARServer 7.5 patch 006. I could see that this issue is considered as defect SW00379074 please let us kno w your feedback immediately in order to take the necessary actions about it . We even refered communities https://communities.bmc.com/thread/95873 & also refe red the KB KA4075252. I already check the KB and the issue persist please let me know if the only solu tion to solve this detail is updating our ARServer to v7.6.04 SP5 and kindly ple ase share me a document which let us know how make the update, because we have several customization in our environment.

Please we need to resolve this situation today, as you can see in the evidence b elow today the production environment is calculating the due date year in the wr ong way. Please help us on urgently Warm Regards,
